Will Square Feet sublease my property if I avail the services?
No, we do not sublease your property when you use our services. Our policy ensures that your property is leased directly to tenants that are carefully selected by us.
What if the tenant arranged by Square Feet vacates the property midway?
If a tenant arranged by us vacates the property midway, we will assist in finding a new tenant at our cost. If you have purchased a yearly subscription, no additional charges will be incurred.
What if I find a tenant from a different source other than Square Feet?
If the owner finds a tenant from another source, we can step in to handle tenant verification, move-in, and other services if needed. Our full-service charges will be applicable immediately after the move-in.
Do you charge for supervision of the property?
If the owner chooses to opt for supervision of the property, we charge 10% of the work value as supervision fees.
